Thank you for purchasing our premium acrylic risers and plinths. We are committed to providing high-quality products and stand behind them with a 3-Year limited warranty from the date of purchase with registration.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a product is found to have a manufacturing flaw, we will replace the defective product with the same or an equivalent model.

Conditions of Warranty

To qualify for warranty service, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase from an authorized retailer is required.

  2. Product Registration: The product must be registered within 30 days of purchase on our website.

  3. Manufacturing Defects: The defect must be clearly attributable to a flaw in the manufacturing process or materials.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage Due to Misuse: Breakage, scratches, or other damage caused by improper handling, use beyond the intended purpose, or failure to follow care instructions.

  • Accidental Damage: Any damage resulting from accidents, drops, or other external forces.

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual deterioration of the product over time, including minor scratches, fading, or changes in appearance due to exposure to environmental factors.

  • Unauthorized Modifications: Any modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized third parties.

  • Cosmetic Imperfections: Minor imperfections, such as small bubbles or slight variations in color, which do not affect the functionality of the product.

Please be aware of the following common concerns and how they relate to our warranty:

  1. Surface Scratches: Acrylic is prone to scratching if not handled properly. Surface scratches are not covered under this warranty.

  2. Exposure to Heat or Chemicals: Acrylic can warp or discolor if exposed to high temperatures or harsh chemicals. Damage due to exposure to heat or chemicals is not covered.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:

  2. Submit Photos and Provide Dimension: Provide dimension and clear photos of the defect and the product from different angles.

  4. Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will arrange for the replacement of your product as per the warranty terms.

Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It does not cover any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
