Damaged Items

In the event that a product is received in a damaged condition:

The customer must inspect the product immediately upon delivery and document any damages.

The customer must notify PlinthsNY within 48 hours of receipt, providing detailed information and evidence.

PlinthsNY will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier on behalf of the customer.

The customer may be required to provide additional cooperation during the claims process.

The outcome of the claim is at the discretion of the shipping carrier, and PlinthsNY cannot guarantee a favorable resolution.

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States. Orders placed from locations outside these states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, are not eligible for free shipping.

We reserve the right to cancel, refund, or contact the customer to arrange additional shipping costs for orders placed from these excluded locations. Shipping fees, if applicable, will be communicated before processing the order.
